Embed a Widget in Notion

Add a Blocky public or private embed link to a Notion page.

  1. Open Dashboard → Widgets.
  2. Find the widget card.
  3. Click Copy Embed Link.
  4. Choose Public for view-only or Private for editable subscriber actions.
  5. Copy the link.

Add it to Notion

  1. Open the Notion page where the widget should appear.
  2. Type /embed and choose Embed.
  3. Paste the Blocky embed link.
  4. Confirm the embed.
  5. Resize the embed block if the widget needs more space.

Use a public link for shared pages and published pages. Use a private link inside your own workspace when you want edit, refresh, or background actions from the embed.

Troubleshooting

  • If Notion shows an empty frame, check that the widget still exists in Blocky.
  • If datasource content is stale, use refresh actions from Blocky or a private embed.
  • If a private action is missing, check that you are signed in and have the required subscription access.
