Overview of Services

Blocky enables users to connect their Notion accounts and create customized widgets, charts, and productivity tools using visual templates. Users have full control over widget configuration and can personalize their dashboards with over 60 templates and 16+ widget types.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Blocky. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Account & Notion Integration

To use core features, you’ll need to authenticate with your Notion account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity under it.

You agree to:

• Only connect Notion pages or databases you have permission to access.
• Not share access tokens or misuse integrations in ways that violate Notion's terms or privacy expectations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Blocky to:

• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, infrastructure, or security.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users data or Notion accounts.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and design elements on Blocky are the property of Blocky or its licensors. You retain ownership of your Notion content; we do not claim any rights to it.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms.
• You misuse the platform or integrations.
• We receive a valid legal request or are required to do so for security or compliance reasons.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Blocky is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the platform at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blocky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, or business interruption.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Blocky after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We’ll notify users of major changes where appropriate.
